Fees and registration types

Register online via our ConfTool with your login data of the abstract submission. If you have not submitted an abstract and you would like to register, you must create a new account in ConfTool. Only online card payment is possible. We accept VISA, Mastercard, Diners Club and American Express. After successful registration you will receive a registration confirmation by email. Please note that regular registration ends on November 8, 2026. Onsite registration will not be possible.   • What is included in the registration fee

    Registration fees include

    • access to the welcome reception on November 24, including snacks and beverages
    • access to all presentation sessions
    • coffee breaks and lunches on the conference days November 25 and 26
    • for YWP, attendance at the networking side-event on November 24, including snacks and beverages

    Registration fees do not include

    • Gala Dinner at the Vienna City Hall on November 25
    • Technical tours on November 27

  • Important information for your registration
    • early bird registration deadline on September 30, 2026
    • regular registration ends on November 8, 2026
    • Onsite registration will not be possible
    • For taking advantage of the reduced early registration fee, the date of payment and not the date of registration is decisive

  • Cancellation policy

    Cancellations must be submitted in writing. Refunds: up to October 14, 2026 50% of fee, after October 14, 2026 no refund possible. Payments will be refunded if the conference will be cancelled by the organizer. In that case, the organizer will have no further liability to the client. Registrations remain valid if the conference has to be postponed.
